Around 60 Region Norrbotten and Luleå Municipality staff met on 17 September to develop earlier, more coordinated support for children aged 0–6 and families. The work spans maternity and child healthcare, dentistry, preschool, social services and specialist care.

The meeting followed workshops and a joint child-health study. Participants compared responsibilities, discussed shared methods and considered earlier referral routes. Previous work identified clearer contacts, mutual role knowledge, shared consent routines and earlier detection as priorities.
