Supreme Administrative Court: Nacka school lease did not require procurement

According to Nacka Municipality, Sweden’s Supreme Administrative Court has upheld that the agreement for expanded YBC school premises was a lease rather than a construction contract requiring procurement. The municipality therefore avoids the SEK 3 million procurement fine most recently sought by the Competition Authority.

Tidaholm centre and Tidan structure plan moves to the municipal council

Tidaholm’s executive board proposes that the council adopt a ten-year structure plan for the town centre and the area along the Tidan. It will guide planning, design and investment and includes principles and practical measures. The plan is not legally binding, and the council still has to decide.
