Hudiksvall, Ljusdal, Nordanstig, Söderhamn, Bollnäs and Ovanåker change the advertising platform for municipal procurements to e-Avrop. Companies are invited to digital introductions on September 8 or 10 about how current deals are found and monitored.

What happened?

The two seminars are held on September 8 from 12 to 12.45 and on September 10 from 16 to 16.45. Participants will get to see how procurements in Hälsingland are found, how surveillance for the whole of Sweden works and how the platform's procurement library is used. A link to the meeting is sent the day before the respective occasion.

Location

Hälsingland, Gävleborg

Impact and significance

A platform change affects suppliers who want to discover and submit tenders in time. Companies may need to create or update accounts, monitoring and internal procedures. The seminar is an introduction and does not mean that a company is qualified, wins a deal or is reimbursed for tender costs. Each procurement has its own requirements and deadlines.

Background

The meeting is aimed at companies in Hälsingland's municipalities and is jointly organized by the six municipalities. The municipal news links to an external report. WUA does not reproduce login or account information and makes no assessment of the platform's commercial conditions or technical functionality.

Latest update

Companies should sign up via the official link and check that the email address is correct as the meeting link will be sent later. Current procurement announcements and tender deadlines must always be checked directly in e-Avrop and in the respective procurement documents.
